About the role

We areseeking a dedicated and organized Sales Admin to join our team at STEELMATIC PTE. LTD. in the West Region. This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring seamless customer service.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and data entry handling customer inquiries and liaising with clients to resolve any issues. Maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and other documentation
Coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products
Leads will be provided, call to set appointment, meet up customer/client to promote suitable products/plans.

Providing backup support for other administrative tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

Candidate with experience would be added advantage. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

Open for Singaporean and Permanent Residents only to apply.

  • Candidate with driving license will be added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all your work.
