Our client, a leading player in a growing industrial hub, is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The role involves providing technical support, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior manufacturing experience is an advantage, and overseas travel may be required.
Working Location : East Area (Tampines)
Working Hours : 5 Days, Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Remuneration Package :
- Basic up to S$ 3,500
- Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and expert guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, propose tailored solutions, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions for management review.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
- Willingness to travel overseas for business when required.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, account management, and customer relationship development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective technical or product solutions.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel overseas for business as required.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
