The candidate will engage in solution architecture, customer interaction, and team mentoring. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and over 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer / IAM Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, implementation, customer engagement, and mentoring technical teams while operating from the client location in Singapore.

Minimum Qualification Criteria (MCF Requirements)
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Proven experience in architecting and implementing IAM solutions for multiple customers.
  • Experience in greenfield IAM setup and complex application onboarding.
  • Prior experience working in customer-facing or client environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a reusable repository of IAM use cases and documentation.
  • Drive customer Proof of Concept (POC) implementations.
  • Guide and mentor implementation engineers.
  • Prepare requirement specifications and technical design documents.
  • Provide engineering and architectural support to IDM teams.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to propose IAM solutions.
  • Support RFI/RFP processes and proposal activities.
  • Collaborate with managed service providers in IAM/SAP security space.
  • Build, test, and roll out enterprise IAM solutions.
  • Promote a process-driven culture within the team.
  • Identify and manage critical issues while balancing competing priorities.
