Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer / IAM Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, implementation, customer engagement, and mentoring technical teams while operating from the client location in Singapore.
Minimum Qualification Criteria (MCF Requirements)
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing IAM solutions for multiple customers.
- Experience in greenfield IAM setup and complex application onboarding.
- Prior experience working in customer-facing or client environment.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and conceptualize IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
- Build and maintain a reusable repository of IAM use cases and documentation.
- Drive customer Proof of Concept (POC) implementations.
- Guide and mentor implementation engineers.
- Prepare requirement specifications and technical design documents.
- Provide engineering and architectural support to IDM teams.
- Engage with business stakeholders to propose IAM solutions.
- Support RFI/RFP processes and proposal activities.
- Collaborate with managed service providers in IAM/SAP security space.
- Build, test, and roll out enterprise IAM solutions.
- Promote a process-driven culture within the team.
- Identify and manage critical issues while balancing competing priorities.
