Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking a full-time EHS supervisor for a project in Singapore, starting on February 1, 2026. The role involves implementing site safety rules, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Job description
Job Scope / Responsibilities
  1. Full-time at project site and ensure continuous EHS supervision and will start on 1 Feb 2026.
  2. Implement and enforce site safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
  3. Prepare, implement, and monitor the Project EHS Plan, Risk Assessments (RA), and Method Statements (MS).
  4. Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  5. Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers, staff, and visitors.
  6. Conduct safety induction for new workers, staff, and site visitors.
  7. Organize and conduct toolbox talks and safety training programs.
  8. Monitor and control high-risk activities, including:
    • Working at height
    • Lifting and rigging operations
    • Excavation works
    • Hot works
    • Electrical works
    • Confined space works
  9. Implement and monitor the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
  10. Inspect scaffolding, lifting equipment, machinery, tools, and safety equipment regularly.
  11. Exercise Stop Work Authority for unsafe practices and conditions.
  12. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports.
  13. Maintain all EHS documentation, including inspection checklists, training records, permits, and incident logs.
  14. Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors, and Client WSHO representatives.
  15. Monitor environmental controls such as housekeeping, waste management, dust, and noise control.
  16. Plan and conduct emergency drills (fire, evacuation, first aid).
  17. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
  18. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture at the project site.
