Location: Tuas

Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 gross/month + Daily Shift Allowance ($18–$25/day)

Bonuses: 13th-month pay + up to 2-month performance bonus

About the Role

We’re looking for a practical and detail-oriented Safety & SHE Coordinator to support our Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) initiatives on-site. You’ll play a key role in keeping our workplace safe by monitoring risk control measures, investigating incidents, and coordinating emergency preparedness. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain workplace SHE programs and systems
  • Collect, manage, and analyze SHE performance data
  • Support business continuity: handle incidents, emergency response, and corrective actions
  • Conduct periodic inspections to identify hazards and enforce risk control measures
  • Assist in SHE training and awareness initiatives (preferred but not mandatory)
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing, construction, or related industries
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, and SHE management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting
  • Familiarity with Singapore WSH Act, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
  • Excellent observation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and respond promptly to safety concerns
