Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to incoming telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist walk-in customers with over-the-counter retail sales
  • Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers entering the shop
  • Prepare and hand over customer pick-up orders accurately
  • Conduct KYC checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure the shop is clean, organised, and visually presentable at all times
  • Set up the retail space prior to opening hours to support smooth daily operations
  • Support additional sales and operational duties as assigned by management
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail or service role
  • Prior experience or interest in precious metals or financial products is an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional appearance
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
