Showroom Associate - Part Time

We're looking for a friendly and independent individual to join our team. You will be assisting our showroom.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day showroom/retail operations
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours and sizes on the floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Promote first class service & customer experience at all times
• Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 8 days a month
• Strong command of English
• Basic Excel Skills required
• Min education: Diploma preferred
• Minimum commitment of 3 months
• Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
• Female - to zip up clothes for female customers
