📍 Location: Multiple outlets across Singapore
🕒 Work Schedule: Alternate 5- and 6-day work weeks, 44 hours/week (shift-based; opening and closing times vary by outlet)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 basic + Monthly Incentives (up to $350)
🚍 Company transport provided after 12 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations across our diverse outlets. Key Responsibilities

Foster a warm, welcoming environment ensuring every guest feels valued.

Handle feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Engage with guests to understand preferences and personalize experiences.

Outlet Operations Management

Oversee smooth daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality, and ambiance standards.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating timely supply replenishment.

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.

Provide coaching and recognition to foster a collaborative workplace.

Lead regular team briefings to align goals and maintain service excellence.

Back-of-House (BOH) Support

Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure timely and quality food preparation.

Manage kitchen workflow, inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

Own and manage the outlet’s P&L to achieve financial targets.

Develop strategies to drive revenue growth and improve cost efficiency.

Analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities.

Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar in the F&B industry.

Proven track record managing a Western restaurant or bistro bar outlet.

Strong expertise in P&L management with a focus on profitability.

Familiarity with inventory and operational software.
