Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer.
• Registration with IES / ACES Singapore for Resident Technical Officer's certificate preferred.
• Past work experience in Healthcare / Residential / Institutional projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising works on site and coordination with other technical officers.
• Conduct Quality Control and Inspection of all Architectural works.
• Supervise and maintain site records including progress of works and site diary.
• Attend site and technical coordination meetings.
• Inspect and take over completed works, report on defects.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Architectural and Interior Design finishing works

Strong ability to interpret drawings and contract documents

Analytical with strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player

Education

Diploma in Architecture or Civil and Structural Engineering
