Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate with a background in pathology to support translational and experimental cancer research. The successful candidate will contribute to the review of pathology diagnoses and apply their histopathological expertise to analyze tissue samples, interpret histological findings, and support the design and evaluation of experimental studies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinicians and scientists in a collaborative research environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify pathology diagnoses of human tissue specimens for research use
  • Perform histopathological analysis including H&E, immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and in situ hybridization
  • Collaborate with research teams in experimental planning and study design
  • Review and annotate digital pathology images for research and AI training purposes
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and contribute to manuscripts, reports, and presentations
Qualifications
  • Completed postgraduate training in Pathology for at least 3 years and/or prior experience working as a diagnostic pathologist in their home country
  • Experience in research pathology is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
