Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Professor Zhou Weibiao on yeast-derived components for serum-free cell culture under a project on Cultivated Meat Cell Systems.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
In addition, he/she will help supervise final year undergraduate projects.
B.Sc. (for Research Assistant position) or M.Sc. (for Research Associate position) in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related field from an internationally reputable university.

Working experience with proteomics or cultivated meat systems is highly desirable.
Singaporean and Singapore PR are preferred.
