Job description

The Release Team is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of software packages, updates, and features to production environments follow Change Management Process.

This role is ideal for junior IT professionals with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to gain hands-on exposure in release coordination, deployment management, and DevOps practices.

Candidates should also be willing to work on shift hours indicate, including occasional night shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis as part of release and deployment support.

1 year contract under agency payroll

Work location: Changi Business Park

Salary inclusive of allowance: Up to $4290 (company do not provide bonus)

Shift Timing (subjected to changes)

• Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm (1 or 2 times work from 10pm to 7am)
• Sat to Sun: 10pm to 7am (rotational basis)
• Need to support public holidays on rotational basis (will compensate with off-in-lieu)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate software releases, updates, and deployments across environments.
• Work with multiple application teams to complete production deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to validate readiness of software and code, configuration JIRA for release.
• Collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in release processes and implement improvements.

Added advantages:

• Stay current with industry best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
• Some experiences with tools such as Jenkins, DevOps, CI/CD platforms
• Some experiences working with Oracle DB, Maria DB, Linux OS.

Requirement:

• Singaporean (must clear client security & pre-employment checks before onboarding)
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of IT experiences
• Must be willing to work on shift hours indicate, including occasional night shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis as part of release and deployment support
• Able to commit for a 1 year contract
