Job description
Regional Sales Executive / Asst Mgr (Consumer Electronics)
  • Management of full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-sales support and account management in the assigned APAC regions.
  • Formulate, implement and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  • Develop and expand networks of distributors and partners.
  • Management of distributors’ sales performance to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform regular sales review and recovery plan for target achievement.
  • Preparation of sales and profit & loss budgeting.
  • Monitor local market trends, consumer needs, and competitors, providing insights to guide product and marketing strategies.
  • Management of Market Development Fund.
  • Product marketing.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions, analyze ROI, and recommend improvements for future marketing strategies.
  • Preparation of various management reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager and Management.
REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in regional sales management, product and marketing management.
  • Experience in consumer electronics market.
  • Strong management skill and able to drive revenue and growth of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success.
  • Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
  • Strong negotiation skills & use of sales analytics.
