Responsibilities
  1. Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring effective account management and post‑sales support.
  2. Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies to meet objectives and enhance market presence.
  3. Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
  4. Oversee distributor sales performance to ensure alignment with sales targets.
  5. Conduct regular sales reviews and implement recovery plans for achieving targets.
  6. Prepare and monitor sales budgets and profit & loss statements.
  7. Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to inform product and marketing strategies.
  8. Manage the Market Development Fund effectively.
  9. Create and assess the effectiveness of trade promotions, analyze return on investment, and suggest enhancements.
  10. Generate various management reports to track progress and performance.
  11. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  2. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in regional sales management, product management, or marketing management.
  3. Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational growth and revenue.
