Your alignment with scientific rigor and clinical necessity will drive improved health outcomes and support the informed application of medical treatments.In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Regional Site Operations and Directors of Clinical Site Operations (DCSOs) within designated regions. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will contribute to shaping regional strategies that align with global clinical development objectives. Your responsibilities will involve cross-functional collaboration, resource planning, quality assurance, and compliance oversight to ensure efficient site management and monitoring operations.Your duties will include representing Site Operations within the region, providing input on resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will lead regional communities of practice, offer support for clinical trials, manage projects independently, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the organization.To excel in this role, you should hold a BA/BS/MS/MSc or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical trial operations. Proficiency in site operations processes, GCP, study management, and regulatory operations is essential. Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required. Additionally, you should exhibit flexibility, effective communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a matrix environment.Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, extensive experience in pharmaceutical or clinical trial settings, people management skills, adaptive risk management capabilities, strategic leadership proficiency, and a track record of driving innovative solutions.
