Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking an Occupational Health Compliance Specialist to oversee health services, manage medical benefits, and implement occupational health policies. The ideal candidate should be a State Registered Nurse with significant nursing experience, particularly in occupational health. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the health and wellness of employees within the organization.

Qualifications

  • State Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Up to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, 3+ years in Occupational Health.
  • Hospital experience in Accident & Emergency or Intensive Care Unit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-house clinic, providing primary medical care.
  • Lead the Company First Aiders team.
  • Administer prompt first aid for injuries.
  • Manage work-related injuries according to Company protocol.
  • Oversee medical surveillance programs.
  • Implement occupational health policies effectively.
  • Collaborate on employee fitness for work programs.
  • Co-ordinate pre-employment medical check-ups.
  • Provide basic health counselling to employees.
  • Monitor global public health issues.
  • Conduct Occupational Health training sessions.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Nursing
GCE 'O' or 'A' Levels with credits in English
