Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a regional or multi-entity environment.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead team members, experience across borders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review monthly financial closing and reporting for regional entities.
• Lead and supervise regional finance team members for reporting matters.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis as required.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across offices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for regional accountants.
