Regional Executive, Supply Chain Analytic (trade compliance, import/export regulatory)

This role is responsible for leading trade compliance and regulatory activities across the Southeast Asia region, ensuring full adherence to import/export laws, Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requirements, and corporate standards. The position also drives data‑driven improvements, reporting, and project management initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee trade compliance, import/export regulations, and chemical control requirements across the assigned region to ensure full regulatory compliance and zero incidents.
  • Manage the collection, organization, and analysis of supply chain data to deliver meaningful insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports using business intelligence (BI) tools for enhanced visibility and decision‑making.
  • Lead and execute supply chain projects focused on cost efficiency, quality, and business compliance.
  • Ensure all departmental processes, workflows, and documentation remain current; conduct regular training sessions and internal audits.
  • Coordinate corporate compliance training programs and support internal/external audit processes in partnership with regional teams to strengthen governance and internal controls.
Qualifications & Experience
  • In‑depth knowledge of trade compliance, import/export management, and regulatory frameworks within ASEAN and Pakistan.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management or supply chain operations within the technology or related industries.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP), BI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven leadership and facilitation skills, with experience driving cross‑functional alignment and process consistency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
