Qualifications

• University degree in telecommunications engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in international engineering projects.
• 5+ years experience as Telecommunications Lead Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience dealing with customers at technical boards/forums.
• Professional experience in project management of telecommunication projects.
• Advantageous if you have railway engineering experience.
• Comfortable working in international project environments.
• Experience in interface management.
• Desirable experience and knowledge in T&C activities.
• Leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of Telecommunications Lead Engineer for the Projects in Singapore.
• Lead local Engineers to ensure design compliance with requirements.
• Ensure design meets Contract scope and stakeholder business requirements.
• Interface with customer in Technical Working Groups.
• Manage solution design coordination between Siemens units.
• Support in Claim Management.
• Liaison within On Shore Off Shore Engineering Teams.
• Identify problems and share lessons learned with the team.
• Develop local competencies.
