Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender documents.
• Review contracts, terms, and conditions.
• Monitor project expenditure and update cost plans.
• Work closely with project teams onsite.
• Prepare progress claims and manage contractual correspondences.
