Job summary

A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare RFQs, manage contracts, and control budgeting and costs. Job description

• Preparation of RFQ’s
• Source for quotation for materials and service.
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities.
• Responsible for main claims, variation orders, budget & cost control.
• Prepare settlement for final account.
• Manage Contracts administration.
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
• Manage subcon/supplier payment and progress claims.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
