Responsibilities
  • Support project coordination and administrative functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, price negotiation, and processing purchase orders (POs).
  • Track delivery schedules, update goods received in the accounting system, and maintain accurate purchase records.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in purchasing, project coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Quickbook is an advantage.
