Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee interior design and renovation projects from start to finish

• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and budgets

• Conduct site visits to supervise installation work

• Manage procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes

• Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals

• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and changes efficiently

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards

• Prepare project reports and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design, fit‑out, or renovation projects

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

• Effective communication and client management skills
