• Track the progress and quality of work performed by operations.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor resources on site ensuring alignment with the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Project Quality & Safety Plan and contract requirements.

Responsibilities:

• To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations
• Work closely with clients, consultant and sub-contractor
• Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specification

Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in Interior related filed
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledgeable in building plan submission procedures and approval processes
• Good organizational and communication skills
