Role Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of SPARK 2050 roadshows and FAMPOSO programs while driving commercial outcomes (sponsorships, ticketing, partnerships, and investor/SME expansion). You’ll turn our promise—Pitch • Brand • Fund • Build—into on-time events, healthy pipelines, and measurable value for Family Offices, UHNWIs, VCs, Banks/NBFCs, SMEs.
What You’ll Do
Program & event delivery (≈45%)
- Plan and ship multi-city SPARK 2050 roadshows: timelines, budgets, vendor RFPs, venue/AV/catering, speaker ops.
- Run weekly stand-ups; maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and critical path.
- Orchestrate speaker briefs, investor 1:1 schedules, deal rooms, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate Brand Studio assets (decks, one-pagers, media kits) and ensure on-brand execution.
- Portal Development Reviews and Metoring the team, Market place management.
Commercial & partnerships (≈40%)
- Hit sponsorship, partner package, and ticket targets; manage pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Lead discovery → solution mapping → proposal/SOW → close; negotiate terms with margin discipline.
- Grow investor concierge and portal memberships; surface cross-sell/upsell to Governance Suite/Brand Studio.
- Track ROO/ROI for sponsors and investors; produce deal-impact and attribution reports.
Stakeholder leadership & reporting (≈15%)
- Senior point of contact for sponsors, family offices, chambers, and government partners.
- Publish exec dashboards (attendance, NPS, pipeline $, conversion, GM) and post-mortems with actions.
- Capture case studies; feed learnings into repeatable playbooks for new geographies.
Qualifications
Must-have
- 5–8 years in project/program management with sales/partnerships responsibility.
- Proven delivery of B2B events/roadshows or multi-stakeholder programs, plus hitting revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, SOWs, margins) and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client communication; exec-ready writing and decks.
- Tools: Asana/Jira/Notion, Salesforce/HubSpot, Google Workspace/MS 365, solid Sheets/Excel.
- International Travel needed
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to family offices, venture, banking/NBFC, or government/chambers.
- Experience with media/brand assets and PR workflows.
- Certifications: PMP/Prince2 or Scrum (bonus, not required).
Working Style
Owner mindset, calm under pressure, bias to action; can move between tactical execution and board-level narrative. Comfortable with regional travel and evening events when needed.
