Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated Project Executive to join our team in a client servicing capacity. This role involves end-to-end coordination of research or survey projects, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. You will also be involved in the UAT/ Quality Assurance during the preparation phase of the project.

• Assist Project Manager in project planning and execution
• Provide support and monitoring for survey projects in adherence to project timeline
• Client servicing
• Deliverables audit before submission

Job Requirements:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing research or survey projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations and deliverables are aligned.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Generate and review reports on project progress, field team performances.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to internal research teams and management.
• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or team management role.
• Prior experience in Python, Javascript, STATA, SPSS or Qualtrics would be an added advantage.
