Job description

Up to $4,000 Basic + Variable Bonus.

Senior level; minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction is required.

Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of M&E plumbing projects, from technical submissions to site inspections.

Proficiency in BIM Revit and Autodesk software is highly preferred.

6-day work week (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm; Sat 9am–1pm, with standby after 1pm).

Located in Woodlands Bizhub, this firm is a specialist contractor focused on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services, specifically within the Plumbing and Sanitary sector. They manage complex piping systems for residential, commercial, and industrial developments. The company is known for its technical expertise in navigating Singapore's strict regulatory standards and providing high-quality infrastructure solutions for major construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage plumbing and sanitary works for the project.
• Prepare and review method statements, technical submissions, and work procedures.
• Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed on time and according to plan.
• Handle cost estimation, material take-off, and technical evaluation.
• Prepare design and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
• A BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is considered a significant advantage.
• Proven track record with at least 10 years in plumbing/sanitary construction within the Singapore market.
• Hands‑on experience with BIM Revit and AutoCAD for construction drawing reviews.
• Strong management skills and the ability to work independently while leading sub-contractors and site teams.

• 5.5 Days (Mon–Fri full day; Sat half day + standby).
