Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee M&E construction activities. The ideal candidate will manage site staff and drive project schedules while accurately interpreting M&E drawings. Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in ACMV, LTA, or M&E fields. This role offers a basic salary of up to $5000 and requires 5 days of work during office hours.

Responsibility

• Oversee all M&E construction activities on site and report directly to the Project Manager
• Independently manage and drive construction progress according to the project schedule
• Interpret and understand M&E drawings, specifications, and technical requirements accurately
• Attend project kick-off meetings, project team meetings, and provide regular progress updates
• Supervise site staff, workers, and subcontractors to ensure performance standards are met
• Manage and control the ordering and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment
• Identify and resolve any drawing discrepancies with consultants prior to site execution to prevent delays.

Requirement

• Diploma /Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Candidate with relevant experience in ACMV / LTA / M&E welcome to apply
