Key Responsibilities
- Understand and familiarize with assigned project requirements.
- Define, request, negotiate, and deploy the right resources within project timeline and budget.
- Plan, organize, and schedule project activities in coordination with internal and external parties.
- Coordinate and liaise on technical matters related to products, systems, and installations.
- Initiate and attend meetings, actively participating in all project-related discussions.
- Monitor and control on-site and off-site project activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Prepare and provide progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct testing based on project requirements.
- Execute project cost estimates diligently and ensure overall project profitability.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Hands-on experience with Auto-CAD.
- Knowledge of network and system design.
- Experience in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fence Intrusion Detection System) or in Building/Industry Automation.
