Job summary

A leading industrial solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an M&E Project Coordinator to lead project coordination, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and supervising on-site activities. Candidates with an ITE certificate in engineering or even secondary school education are encouraged to apply. This role includes coordinating project updates, supporting on-site work, and implementing safety measures. Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive training. A hands-on approach is essential.

Position Title: M&E Project Coordinator

Working Location: Central - Farrer Park

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am-5.30 pm, Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Petrol Card + Phone allowance

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and provide updates on project progress.
  • Work with internal teams and external parties to follow up on site issues.
  • Support supervision and help with on-site rectification work when needed.
  • Put in place safety measures and keep proper safety records.
  • Attend site meetings.
Qualifications

Preferably have an ITE certificate in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics. Candidates from other engineering fields may also be considered. Candidates with at least secondary school education may also apply, as training will be provided.
