A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee multiple projects involving ACMV and TVS systems. The role requires expertise in project specifications, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in site inspection and excellent communication skills. This position promises a dynamic work environment where you can manage various aspects of project delivery and client engagement.
·To study tender / constructiondrawings, specification, and contracts to understand project requirements.
·Prepare shop drawing submission toclient & consultant for approval.
·Monitor drawing submission and followup with client & consultant for timely approval of drawingssubmission.
·Material Submission to client forapproval.
·Monitor material submission and follow up withclient for timely approval of materials submission.
·To prepare AFM and submit for A&Aproject.
·To do (AFM) presentation with SMRT forA&A works.
·Plan and schedule work sequences for ACMVand TVS (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System, Tunnel VentilationSystem) systems according to project schedule.
·Liaise with client & CWC/SWCsub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement.
·Perform site inspection and ensurethat the works are carried out based on the project specification andconstruction drawing / final approved drawing authorities.
·To Co-ordinate with civil contractorsand System wide contractors on CSD/SEM and resolve clashes prior to start work.
·To order equipment / material torespective suppliers based on the material approved list.
·To keep track, monitor and ensureequipment / material delivery timely to site.
·To arrange site survey with client /CWC / sub-contractors prior to start work to ensure site is ready for startwork.
·To attend all Coordination meetingwith client, Consultant and CWC/SWC
·To attend daily tools box meeting withsupervisors, workers and Subcontractors abide to Safety, Health and environmentrules and regulations.
·Check and sign daily permit forrelevant works as per safety requirement.
·Arrange daily work schedule area byarea for subcontractors according to project schedule.
·Ensure timely progress of workaccording to schedule and plans.
·Conduct daily site walk to ensureworks are carried out according to specifications and latest approved drawing.
·Coordinate, liaise & communicatewith client, consultants and CWC/SWC. Lead the subcontractors including sitesupervisors.
·To manage multiple projects in sametime
·Conduct daily progress meeting withSupervisors.
·Prepare daily work report based ondaily progress and keep the record.
·To report if any incidents/accidentshappened on work site to WSHO/CM/PM immediately. To report all site activity toConstruction Manager / Project Manager.
·Update progress claim by weekly andsubmit to management for claim purposes.
·To arrange all site inspection withclient such as material inspection, (pull-out test only for CD shelter andtrack area), pipe pressure test services installation and keep all the recordwith client sign.
·To update and reply those commentsreceived from client and consultants on drawings.
·To prepare as-built markup drawing andsubmit to drafter once drafter completed as-built final check before submittingto client.
·To prepare Testing & Commissioningplan according to the project schedule. To attend RCP ceiling coordinationmeeting with CWC/SWC.To attend TFP/TOP meeting with client consultants and CWC/SWC (Civil WideContractor / System Wide Contractor).
·To prepare TFP/TOP documents such asFSC02, DOC and COC.
·To arrange inspection with client asto hand over the respective system according to project schedule.
·To clear those comments received from clientafter hand over inspection and call for re-inspection and hand overaccordingly.To monitor and maintain the system ingood condition until (DLP) defect liability period
