Job summary

A training and development organization in Singapore is looking for a proactive team player to assist with training registration and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be digitally savvy with a minimum ITE or Diploma and possess good interpersonal skills. The contract is for 12 months with a basic salary of $2,000 - $2,500, depending on experience. Benefits include annual leave and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year full-time working experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive in managing training registration process.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential trainees.
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Generate weekly reports and send to relevant team members.
  • Prepare documents for grant claim submission.
  • Support onsite workshops when required.
  • Assist in any other project administrations.

Job description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist Executive in managing training registration process

  • Good interpersonal skills, great team player and reliable
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Observant and pay great attention to detail
Academic Requirements
  • Minimum ITE or Diploma holder from a locally recognised institution
Years of Experience
  • Minimum one (1) year full-time working experiences (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
Eligibility
  • Applicable to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residences only
Working Arrangements
  • Mondays to Fridays: 9am – 6pm (2 hours lunch break)
  • Flexi-work arrangement / Work from home
Remuneration
  • Basic salary (inclusive of Employee CPF) of $2,000 - $2,500 (commensurates according to experience)
