Extended Schedule: 6 days, 8.00AM to 5.00PM includes 60‑min meal break

Job Description:
  • Identify the various seafood species, parts and sizes for processing and packaging
  • Operate machinery and equipment for tasks such as slicing, portioning, and packaging of seafood products
  • Perform manual tasks such as weighing, cutting, pin‑boning, deshelling, plating and bagging of seafood
  • Sorting and packing of products based on customer orders
  • Labelling of products for important information such as date of production, nett weight, country of origin, etc.
  • Identify and address any issues related to quality to team leads
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area
  • Participate in regular safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety awareness
Job Requirements:
  • Able to work in a cold and wet environment
