Job description
Job Summary:

Manage the daily operation of production line, and arrange the production according to production schedule, and monitor the progress of production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Monitor the production safety and discipline; manage 6S of production area. Involve and support Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings).
  • Arrange the allocation of resource in production line, and implement all regulations of department and company. Must know how to calculate HC, Overtime, and output requirement.
  • Arrange production according to production plan, and monitor the progress strictly.
  • Responsible for supervising and training employees following Working Instruction.
  • Provide the feedback of any issues in process, and ensure the quality of products.
  • In charge of material management in production line, locate materials in defined station with clear label and track the materials.
  • Ensure all operations according to effective instruction.
  • In charge of the record/ database and document management in production line integrity, accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Propose kaizen suggestions, promote the efficiency of production line.
  • Daily maintenance of equipment, fixture and jig, promote the utilization rate.
  • Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
  • Ensuring line clearance is executed as per procedure
Education/Experience and Qualifications:
  • GCE “N” level or higher with 2+ years assembly experience preferably in medical device.
