A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support the purchasing team in sourcing and managing inventory. This role involves issuing Purchase Orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferred.
• Knowledge of Purchase Orders and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and enter data into the MRP/SAP system.
• Follow up with vendors to expedite delivery and update ETA.
• Raise and coordinate purchase of materials and arrange shipments.
• Liaise with vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
