The role involves negotiating prices, ensuring timely supply, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support smooth daily operations.

Job Scope
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality materials, and reliable delivery.
  • Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and coordinate closely with internal teams to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor market trends and inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency while preventing shortages or overstock.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and audits.
  • Manage supplier relationships, track performance, and resolve any delivery, quality, or payment issues promptly.
  • Utilize procurement software and strong analytical skills to support purchasing decisions and reporting.
  • Demonstrate good communication, negotiation ability, attention to detail, and professionalism with the ability to multitask and work independently.
