The Position

As an Procurement Contracts Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the dept on Capex contracts management and procurement.

The Opportunity

• Project’s Construction Contracts records and coordinate statistical feedback and data gathering eg. costing and contract administration; keep track and report of any Variation on the Project;

• Support cost saving initiatives and opportunities to meet project deliverables, objectives and Strategy; Attend meetings and compilation of documents etc., includes request vendor/bidders for new vendor creation;

• Conduct pre-contract and post-contract work activities in line with RSTO policies and procedures;

• Sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiation of quotation from different suppliers;

• Tracks order and confirms system lead times, delivery dates and costs;

• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts;

• Document estimates and supporting information including the estimate basis and assumptions;

• Assist in the development of enquiry documents, including contractual terms and conditions;

• Assist in the development of price list in conformance with the subcontract requisition; Issuances, receipt, perform commercial bid analysis, coordination of technical bid evaluation;

• Assist in supplier performance data compilation, scorecard compilation;

• Assist Roche representative to prepare preliminary and final bid tabulation including award recommendation;

• Work with Roche representative to prepare Final Contract documents to account closing;

• Perform post contract administration including progress payment applications, change order, monitoring and reporting of contract cost per contractual package;

Who you are

• A degree in Finance & Accounting, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in procurement field within a performance-driven environment.

• Knowledge and experience with SAP, MyBuy or other ERP systems.

• Exposure to CAPEX processes or project management will be considered an added advantage.
