Job summary

A local Singaporean retail brand based in Singapore seeks a Pop Up Ambassador to enhance customer experiences at their pop-up event. Hello from Dear Samfu, Sensibilities & My Grandfather Things! Dear Samfu is a thoughtful Singapore-based brand that makes clothes to slow down with—woven with comfort, nostalgia, and a whole lot of heart. This year end, we’re popping up with two brand- Sensibilities & MGFT, and are looking for warm, wonderful humans to help bring the brand experiences to life.

About the Role

As a Pop Up Ambassador, you’ll be the face and voice of all three brands during our 2.5 month pop-up. You’ll help customers feel right at home, share the stories behind our brands and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a paid hourly role, and we’re looking for folks who can commit to:

  • 6 to 10 hour shifts (longer shifts will include break)
  • Minimum commitment of 4 weeks/ 28 days, within 12 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 (preferred: commit to whole 2.5 months)
  • Minimum 4 Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays

A typical day might include:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to each and every customer throughout their sales journey.
  • Keep the pop-up looking fresh and tidy
  • Handle retail operations – Point of Sale systems, inventory and restocking as needed
  • Provide support and assistance (where needed) for in-store events.
