As a Project Manager, you will work on the top-of-mind strategic initiatives for the head of business, driving impact across business and technology areas. Topics will range from new product launches, organisational changes, business planning, infrastructure and footprint planning, internal communications, etc. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders such as product managers, R&D leaders, sales and marketing functions, legal and PR, etc.

You will be the quarterback on multiple work streams, driving forward the collaboration on key topics across the BytePlus organization. Responsibilities In this role, we are looking for someone who has the experience and passion to run strategic projects from the start to end:

• Be an end-to-end project owner, from planning, goal establishment, formulation, identification of dependencies, project progress tracking management, project delivery, quality control;
• Be able to identify project risk and actively manage them, manage project resources in terms of resource coordination and communication;
• Understand the needs of each team, propose solutions and drive forward implementation, as well as cross-functional collaboration;
• Lead the problem-solving and drive research when needed for business' strategic initiatives;
• Drive regular business performance summaries and business reviews with the leadership;
• Support the day-to-day team management activities such as budgeting, all-hands, recruiting, legal, PR, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, computer or related professional background
• At least 3 years of working experience in project management / strategy management of go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment
• Have experience working in a software / technology / cloud-related company, and managing projects from start to end Preferred Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Previous experience in cloud or AI-related business
