Primary Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure the plant team has sufficient resources and time to manufacture and deliver products according to schedule.
- Lead the production team to achieve ongoing improvements in yield, efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for plant performance, safety, and compliance.
- Lead performance review of team leaders and day production operator.
- Review Production Processes and identify opportunities for optimization to allow future volume growth.
- Oversee production planning and manpower allocation to meet demand and plant capacity.
- Monitor process consistency to ensure finished products meet required quality specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to laws, safety regulations, and ISO requirements during all operations.
- Handle complaints and inquiries related to production and quality issues.
- Ensure accurate production inventory management, including annual cycle counts.
- Comply with all regulatory, legal, and ISO standards.
People Management & Development
- Review employee performance, identify training needs, and provide development opportunities.
- Build strong teams with clear leadership structures and contingency plans.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Lead productivity improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.
- Establish and monitor monthly KPIs for plant performance.
- Support introduction of new products and first production runs.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree of Sciences, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Project management in Manufacturing environment.
- 10+ years of experience working in a similar role at a multi-national corporation or its Equivalent.
