Job Overview

We are looking for a Planning Engineer who is passionate about project planning and execution. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful civil and building projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support planning and execution activities.
• Manage and control construction timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
• Revise master schedules and planning documents to reflect actual progress, changes in scope, and revised sequences.
• Monitor resources and work progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and equipment reports.
• Provide regular planning updates to construction, engineering, and contract teams.
• Compile and maintain monthly progress reports and site documentation, including photographs and videos.
• Conduct delay analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare recovery programs and substantiation records for excusable delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/building projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
