Job Description
- Reports to the Project Manager and the Management team.
- Responsible for project planning and reporting, and implement subcon planner into the project schedule according to the project and client requirements.
- Closely manage and monitor the project timeline and progress, to ensure outlined deadlines are met.
- Identifies conflicts in schedule and make recommendations for plan recovery.
- Ensures appropriate contingency planning is done.
- Establishes milestones for the total project and regularly reviews project work activities in support of project milestones.
- Works closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure that project runs on schedule and that material supplies and manpower are sufficient.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board).
- Has experience in infrastructure projects, e.g. roads and rail projects
- Highly experienced and proficient in the use of Primavera P6.
- Relevant experience in construction planning and program coordination in LTA railway and road projects would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written English language
- Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills
