Pharmacy Technician

Location: Kent Ridge & West
Institution: Reputable Public Healthcare Organization
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week | 42 hours/week
Mon-Fri Staggered Shifts between 8am-6pm, Sat Shifts between 8am-1.30pm

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 (depending on experience)
  • Full-Time Entitlements:
    AWS (13th Month Bonus)

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medication: typing, packing, labelling, and distribution
  • Perform billing and stock cost recovery tasks
  • Support tele-consult medication counselling under pharmacist supervision
  • Monitor and maintain drug inventory levels
  • Receive, unpack, and verify pharmaceutical deliveries
  • Ensure FIFO stock management
  • Maintain clean and organised workstations
  • Provide quality customer service to patients and caregivers
  • Help onboard and orientate new staff in the section
Requirements
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science / Pharmacy
  • No experience needed
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
  • Possess excellent customer service skills & interpersonal skills
