A leading media company in Singapore is looking for an Executive Support professional to assist the MD with administrative duties and communications. The role includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with stakeholders. Candidates should have strong communication and research skills. This full-time position offers health insurance and a performance bonus.
Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
Communicates with the general staff on behalf of the President/CEO and coordinates logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, TMG, and PRB staff.
Handles communication on behalf of the President/CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others regarding programmatic initiatives as directed. (See Board Support.)
Conducts research on prospective corporate and foundation donors to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials for proposals. Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals, and manages communication with donors and prospects.
Supports the President/CEO in external commitments related to PRB, including service on external boards, committees, and other groups. Processes PRB memberships with other organizations.
Provides administrative support to the HR director, including recruiting support, document formatting, survey setup, and other administrative tasks. Drafts emails and other PRB correspondence as directed.

Location: Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201301, Uttar Pradesh. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
Preferred: 1 year total work experience, Hindi and English language skills.
