About the role

The Personal Assistant for SEA Foodservice provides proactive, confidential, and high-quality administrative and organizational support to the Director SEA Foodservice and GM Strategy Enablement. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities across a complex, multi-country business environment. You manage schedules, coordinates meetings and travel, handles correspondence, and acts as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

Key Accountabilities
  • Executive and Administrative Support: Provide proactive, confidential, and high-quality administrative support to senior leaders, including managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Diary and Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements across multiple countries, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and oversee meetings and events, including logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up on action items.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
  • Operational and Office Management: Support operational services such as office management, procurement coordination, and maintaining confidential records and documentation.
Critical Skills & Experiences
  • Diploma or certificate in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a comparable role
  • Excellent computer skills across Microsoft suite and standard office equipment
  • Clear and effective professional communication skills
  • Ability to work cross culturally
