As our People Advisor (Senior HR Executive) you will be part of the larger multi-disciplinary APAC region. Your role is based in Singapore where you will work within a diverse business enablement team as well as other colleagues in the Asia region.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to support the HR operations needs of various business units HRBPs HR Centers Of Excellence (COE) and most importantly our employees in Singapore. The roles & responsibilities include all Singapore-specific HR related operational activities of our employees career cycle. You will work in close collaboration with our global HR Operations colleagues and you will provide local expertise ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulations.
To be successful in this role you should be familiar with HR operational and Singapore payroll processes and also with HR software Workday. You need to be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and be able to work with various teams collaboratively. You will ensure our HR Operations meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective. As an experienced member of the team you can take independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility.
