Roles and Responsibilities

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo exclusive training in the required technology.
• Upon completion of classroom training, selected candidates will join the software/application development team for our ongoing project with the MNC client, where they will receive On-the-Job Training (OJT) on various aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience writing code using programming languages such as Java.
• Strong team player with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Java will be an advantage.
• Keen interest in building a career in software application development.
• Prior programming projects or internship experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of business application development (e.g., Java).
• Relevant internship or project experience in Java or Pega.
