PDI Coordinator

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 + OT

Location: Ubi

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5:30pm

Alternate Saturday: 8am – 12pm

Benefits: Bonus, 14 days AL, Medical Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations
• Prepare and manage PDI documentation, including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders, and goods receipt notes
• Assign and monitor PDI tasks for technicians
• Liaise with contractors to arrange required PDI work
• Conduct quality checks on PDI work performed by technicians and contractors
• Ensure new vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations prior to delivery
• Provide administrative and technical support to the Sales team during vehicle delivery
• Follow up on any outstanding PDI matters after vehicle delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned
