- Match payment documents for verification.
- Sort and prepare payment document summaries.
- Input invoices into treasury system.
- Follow up with Purchaser for document amendments.

Job Description
- Ensure that payment documents dated within the same month are submitted to the Finance department by the 20th of the following month.
- Process the matching of payment documents, and pass them to the Purchaser for verification and amendments.
- Sort all payment documents daily.
- Prepare summary for the payment documents
- Input invoices into the treasury integrated system.
- Submit the summary and payment documents to the Purchaser for verification.
- To follow up with the Purchaser and site QS for document submission and amendments
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Requirement
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (write and read) due to the software system may invovle both language
