Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamics team in delivering outstanding results for our clients and their families, using the latest research and innovative tools to create customised therapy plans and help us to redefine the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and feeding challenges in children, including those with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, sensory-based feeding issues, and other specific impairments.
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and feeding difficulties, focusing on developmental feeding skills and safe swallowing.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure continuity of feeding strategies at home, addressing mealtime routines and safe feeding practices.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s development and educational goals.
  • Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies to support their child’s progress at home.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in pediatric speech-language therapy.
  • Use our cutting‑edge software to manage client care and deliver ongoing therapy.

  2. Locum / Part‑time options available: 3 or 4 days per week.
  3. Flexible Work Arrangements: Work schedule Monday‑Friday or 4.5 days Tuesday to Friday and Saturday half day.

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Language Therapy from a recognized accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 year of hands‑on experience in speech therapy, preferably with children. Fresh graduates with hands‑on experience in paediatric settings or placements are encouraged to apply, as we value the passion and dedication you bring to the table.
  • Valid AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council) registration or eligibility for registration in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children and their families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
